This resource can be used for ESL or mainstream English Language learners. Students watch a short clip of the popular show ‘Adventure Time’ and then answer the set of comprehension, multiple choice or dictation tasks that are provided on the worksheet. This resource has really helped me to improve my student’s overall command of English vernacular and idiomatic phrases. It also provides many extended response opportunities both oral and written. Finally, I use these tasks to also have open discussions about the problems and solutions the characters face, many of which are also problems applicable to the students watching the episode. :)

My classes loved the movie and the Presentations on the genre itself, I found this to be very useful in refreshing their memories of characters and what Fantasy writing/movies entail.
